The time is set automatically when it is connected to your phone. If the time isn’t adjusting to the correct time disable the Bluetooth connection on the phone and connect again.

If the time is still incorrect head to the app and go to the settings or about page and click on the reset device button. Allow several minutes for the tracker to reset.
