First thing to try will be a different HDMI cable. Some boxes also have a very tight HDMI port. Make sure the HDMI is fully inserted into the HDMI port on the box. Also make sure that you have selected the correct input or source for the HDMI source on your TV. If there’s no change it could be a CEC conflict. Please refer to our CEC conflict resolution article. Failing that try a factory reset which can be found on our factory reset article.
