In the first instance please refer to your owners manual and ensure that you hjave downloaded the correct app for your device. Many of our fitness trackers use different apps and they will only work with the app designed for the tracker.

Also make sure your phone is compatible with the fitness tracker. Please refer to the listing and owners manual. Most phones older than Android 4.4 or iPhone 4S will not work with the fitness trackers that we sell.

Some apps will require a minimum screen size of 4.5 inches for Android phones. The item description will tell you if the app will work on smaller screens.

Check to make sure that your phones Bluetooth is working by trying to connect to another phone or Bluetooth enabled device.

Remove all other Bluetooth devices from close proximity to the fitness tracker.

Turn the Bluetooth on the phone or tablet off and on again. If this fails to fix the problem turn your phone off and on again.

Make sure when you are trying to connect that the display on the tracker is turned on. Some will turn on by moving your hand, tapping the screen or pressing a button. Refer to your owners manual.

Make sure that the tracker is fully charged. If the screen doesn’t turn on it may be flat. Ensure that you have charged it fully and correctly by connecting it to a USB wall outlet, charger or PC. Please note that the USB charging lead found with some will not plug into a phone or tablet and must be plugged into a USB A outlet. The only connection to a phone is through Bluetooth.

Try clearing the app data and cache. Go to settings>>apps>>”tracker app” and clear data and cache.

Delete and reinstall the app.
